Day 1 - Tea Heritage and Town

Hindu temple connected to Ramayana legend where Sita was held captive. Small but significant religious site with basic facilities and mountain backdrop.

Comprehensive tea factory tour showing complete production process from fresh leaf to final product. Includes guided tasting of different grades and decent gift shop with fair prices.
Victoria Park
Managed parkland with well-maintained paths and benches. Good for afternoon stroll and bird watching, though nothing exceptional. Popular with local families on weekends.
Day 2 - Horton Plains Adventure
Horton Plains National Park - World's End
Hike 9km circular trail to World's End cliff with 870m drop. Best views before 10am when clouds roll in. Also includes Baker's Falls waterfall and unique montane grassland ecosystem.
Moon Plains
Open grassland plateau accessible by 4WD vehicle with 360-degree mountain views. Less crowded alternative to Horton Plains but requires separate transport arrangement and guide.
Single Tree Hill
Short walk to viewpoint with single tree landmark and views over Nuwara Eliya valley. Popular sunset spot though often cloudy. Easy access by road with minimal hiking required.
