We are a small Sri Lankan travel company that builds private, tailor-made tours. Our team is based in Colombo with guides and drivers across the island.
We do not have a huge HR department or a formal application process. If you are good at what you do, care about the work, and know Sri Lanka well, we would like to hear from you.
We are always open to conversations with experienced guides, reliable drivers, and people who understand travel planning. Even if we do not have an immediate opening, we keep good applications on file and reach out when the right role comes up.

Roles we typically hire for
These are the roles we fill most often. If your skills fit somewhere else, get in touch anyway.
Tour Guide
Lead private tours for international visitors. You need strong English, a guide licence, and genuine knowledge of the places you take people.
Driver Guide
Safe, comfortable driving combined with local knowledge and a friendly manner. Clean licence and at least 3 years professional driving experience.
Travel Consultant
Help guests plan their trips. Build itineraries, coordinate bookings, and provide honest destination advice. Experience in travel or hospitality preferred.

Everyone here does meaningful work. There are no layers of management between you and the guests.
You see the results
When a guest sends a thank-you message after their trip, the person who built that itinerary or drove that route reads it.
Flexibility matters
Tourism is seasonal and unpredictable. We work around that rather than pretending it is a 9-to-5.
Local knowledge is valued
Knowing which temple to visit at dawn or which road to avoid after rain is worth more to us than any certificate.
