We operate the trip

Once confirmed, we manage the bookings and ground delivery. Your client remains your client, and we keep your team informed before and during travel.

Yes. BSL Tours provides destination management and ground operations in Sri Lanka, including itinerary planning, accommodation, private transport, driver-guides, activities and support during travel.

Do you work with independent travel agents and homeworkers?

Yes. We can support individual agents, homeworkers, travel designers, specialist agencies and larger tour operators.

Can you work under our agency brand?

Yes. We can provide a white-label service, work under the BSL Tours brand or use a co-branded approach. The client relationship remains with your business.

Do you offer net rates or commission?

We can work with net rates or an agreed commission arrangement. The best model will depend on how your business prices and manages its bookings.

How quickly will we receive an itinerary?

Our target is to return the first costed itinerary within 24 hours once we have the dates, group details, interests and approximate budget. More complex briefs may require additional time.

Can you quote in pounds sterling?

Yes. Our published pricing is in pounds sterling and commercial quotations can be prepared in an agreed currency. Currency, exchange-rate validity and payment terms will be confirmed with the proposal.

Who supports our clients while they are in Sri Lanka?

Our local operations team provides in-country assistance while clients travel. We also keep the referring agent or operator informed when an issue affects the itinerary.

Can we use our own preferred hotels?

Yes. We can build around preferred hotels where practical, arrange only the transport and experiences, or manage the full itinerary using our contracted supplier network.

Do you require a minimum number of bookings?

We currently assess partnerships individually and do not require a published minimum booking volume.

Are bookings financially protected?

Financial protection arrangements depend on how the holiday is sold, contracted and paid for. We will explain the applicable structure before accepting a live booking.
